(Abasa) 80 : 9
وَهُوَ يَخْشَىٰ
And he is fearing,
That means he fears Allah. It is told in verses 87: 9-12 that whoever fears Allah will be reminded by the Reminder—Adhikr—while the most unblessed will abstain from It, he who will be roasted in the great Fire. See explanation 2: 6-7 and 67: 12-13.
